The 25-year-old founder of the social app Soshals blamed poor lifestyle choices for the health scare that led to his hospitalization. Kritarth Mittal said he was admitted to the hospital after staying overnight, sleeping less than five hours a day and following an unhealthy diet. He warned his social media followers to take care of their health as he spoke about the ugly side of “hustle culture”.

Mittal, an entrepreneur and specialist from Mumbai, said he woke up one day with a really bad headache and frequent vomiting. He said he had not experienced any serious symptoms before.

“Busy culture comes at a cost — some you pay immediately, some over decades,” the Soshals founder wrote on social media platform X. “The choice is yours, I’m just here to show you the ugly side. Don’t be easily swayed

Sharing a picture of her in a hospital bed, she added, “This is me pulling all-nighters, sleeping less than 5-6 hours and no meal plan.”

The Mumbai-based entrepreneur said her daily routine has been erratic since college, but admits she needs to take better care of herself as she gets older.
